How Saponetta Ritual works
Saponetta Ritual is an optional recurring subscription. When you choose it, you select a product and a delivery frequency at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each delivery, at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, until you cancel.
Billing
Your first order is charged at checkout. Each following order is charged automatically on its scheduled billing date, based on the frequency you selected. You'll receive an order confirmation email each time a delivery is billed.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we'll notify you by email before the new price applies to your next order.
Managing and cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by signing in to your account or by emailing support@saponetta.store. Cancellation stops all future deliveries; orders already billed will still be shipped.
Failed payments
If a payment can't be processed, we'll email you so you can update your payment details. Your delivery won't ship until payment is successful, and repeated failures may cancel the subscription.
